The GT Neo 5 will feature a triple camera system on the back with a 50MP Sony IMX890 main lens as opposed to the IMX766 lens that’s on the predecessor. This is the same sensor that will be featured in the upcoming OnePlus 11 and OnePlus 11R.

The main lens on the GT Neo 5 will come with features like OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) and Turbo Raw. OIS isn’t something new in phones of this price range, but Turbo RAW will be a welcome addition that will allow users to shoot RAW photos.

Apart from the main lens, there will be two other sensors on the phone – an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP macro sensor. On the front, the device will have a 16MP camera for clicking selfie shots and doing video calls.

The smartphone’s other specs were leaked recently. The device will come with a 6.7-inch punch-hole AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution 144Hz refresh rate. This will be an upgrade over the predecessor’s 120Hz panel. The screen on the new device will have 2160Hz PWM Dimming.

It will come powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 chipset paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.0 internal storage. It will come with two battery and fast charging options – 5,000mAh + 150W and 4,600mAh + 240W.

The device will come with an IR blaster and an in-display fingerprint scanner. It will boot on Android 13-based Realme UI 4.0
